Product details

Winemaking:
The wine was vinified in conical vats, equipped with temperature control, at a temperature of 25 to 27°C and using the pumping over technique four times a day. Malolactic fermentation also took place in stainless steel vats. 100% of this wine is aged in used 225 litre barrels for a period of 11 months.
