Tasting Notes:
Aromas of ripe fruit, balanced with some touches of more vegetal notes, such as cistus. This description faithfully reflects the location of the vineyards, which benefit from the influence of the Varosa River valley and some of the surrounding forest, all of which is compounded by the high temperature ranges throughout the growing season. The wine is mostly aged in stainless steel. This set reveals a lot of harmony, some silkiness, a balanced acidity with a persistent and prolonged aftertaste.
