The grapes spent 1 day in maceration process followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats. A small parcel of the lot, aged in used barrel.

Dark red colour. Full of floral scents. A smooth and elegant wine, with balanced tannins and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be enjoyed with your favourite red meat or Cheeses and can cellaring for up to 10 years.
