Winemaking:
100% manual harvesting. Crushing with total destemming, fermentation with strong maceration and controlled temperature. Stage for 1 year in stainless steel.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour, bright aspect and aroma with nuances to red fruits. Round in the mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good companion for red meat dishes or sausages.
