Tasting Notes:
Reveals an aroma of exuberant red fruit, jam blackberry jam and spices. In the mouth it’s round and soft, greedy, always with the fruit highlighted. Very balanced.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store at 12°C. Recommended serving temperature 16°C, to be drunk at 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with well-seasoned fish and meat dishes.
