After a meticulous selection, the grapes were trodden in Traditional Granite Stone Tanks (Lagares). Use of indigenous yeasts in order to preserve the authenticity of the terroir. First part of fermentation in traditional Lagares and later transferred to stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.

Touriga Nacional,Old Vines,Touriga Franca,Tinta Amarela,Tinta Roriz,Tinto Cão
Tasting Notes:
Black plum, rockrose and violet fruit aroma. Rich, fruity and structured wine, with good concentration and balanced tannins in the mouth. Very elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
The ideal service temperature is between 15ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with game dishes, red or white meat baked in the oven or strong cheeses.
