Winemaking:
Pormenor was produced using a blend of several varieties typical Douro from Soutelo do Douro. 50 years old vines planted at an altitude between 500m and 600m, the grapes were harvested in early September in order to maintain a high level of acidity in order to produce a wine cooler. After fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 25 days, with a portion of the stalk, aged 14 months in used barrels of French oak from Burgundy, until bottling.

Serve at a temperature of 14ºC to 16ºC.
