Product details
It underwent a long and light maceration in horizontal rotating vats at controlled temperature. It was then aged for 12 months in the best new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
It reveals a strong red color with good concentration. Very elegant aroma with good finesse and purity. It demonstrates aromatic complexity between notes of red fruits and dried fruits. Good quality of ripeness. Good volume in the mouth, very velvety and fleshy, demonstrating high gustatory complexity. Interesting balance and harmony. Long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Complex wine that pairs well with red game meats, as well as traditional Portuguese dishes such as posta à mirandesa, roast kid or feijoada.
