Tasting Notes:
Truly reflective of its terroir, this small Poeira edition is an “out of the box” or out of the box wine. Masceu started vinifying whole bunch grapes, with the aim of giving a different interpretation to the Cabernet and Syrah varieties.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
