Tasting Notes:
Long stage wine, with maturity, with a very intense ruby colour, aroma of red fruits well integrated in the notes of spices, smoke, tobacco and dark chocolate. In the mouth it is intense, complex and structured, with freshness and a very long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 18 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for game dishes, especially partridge or duck, as well as some aged meats and cured cheeses.
