Product details
The grapes are harvested and selected from our St. António vineyard (planted in 1992), destemmed and subjected to total skin maceration for 5 to 8 hours at a low temperature. The must is fermented in stainless steel, with the wine remaining on the fine lees with batonnage until it is ready for bottling. Partial aging (10%) in wood. The wine is aged in the bottle for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, ripe citrus yellow colour. Complex and intense aromas of stone fruits and citrus, light honey. Full and long mouthfeel, sensing the aging on lees and its bâtonnage. Balanced, elegant and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a horizontal position at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for seafood, fish or shellfish dishes, as well as some salads and pizzas.
