In the oldest vineyards in the sub region there is a careful selection of grapes with a greater degree of maturation. These are exclusively transported in 20 kg boxes, pressed whole with skin maceration. The must is clarified at 12ºC for 48 hours, fermented and aged in French oak barrels for several months.

Tasting Notes:
Crystal clear, straw yellow/citrus colour, intense variety fragrance, floral and fruity with citrus notes, well integrated in wood (honey, vanilla and spices). In the mouth it is balanced, fresh and full bodied presenting a lush, complex and persistent end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with fish and seafood.
