citrus colour with greenish reflections. Floral aroma, with plenty of citrus and presence of green apple notes. Soft in the mouth, crunchy, good acidity. Very fresh.

It goes well with salads, pasta, grilled fish, seafood and grilled white meats, or simply as an appetizer.
