Soft pressing and cold decanting from 12 to 36 hours at a controlled temperature between 12ºC and 16ºC. Fermentation up to 15 days with temperature control between 16ºC - 18ºC. Stage in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and regular removal of lees for 1 month.

Tasting Notes:
Clear appearance and citrus colour. Fruity aroma with some tropical fruit. In the mouth it is soft, dry and fruity, denoting a good alcohol / acidity ratio. A wine to be drunk young.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, as well as accompany fish dishes and seafood.
