Our first Ramisco, a "Non-Vintage," meaning a blend of three distinct vintages: 2015, 2016, and 2017. Intense red fruit, adorned with fragrant notes of fresh earth and a seductive herbaceous touch. Naturally high acidity and imposing tannins, linked by an expressive salinity. With, for now, 0.5 hectares planted, we proudly work with such an important grape variety in the wine culture of the Lisbon region.

Product details

Winemaking:
The 2018 and 2019 batches aged in used French oak barrels until February 2022, at which point they were blended with the 2021 wine, which had aged in stainless steel tanks. The final batch remained in stainless steel for another year and a half before bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 15-17°C, where its freshness and depth are at their best.
