Product details
Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. Subsequent fermentation in a wine press at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. Aged for 40 months in new French oak barrels. Aged for 24 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Intense colour with aromas of black fruit and spices, balsamic, menthol and smoky notes. The palate is fresh, with balanced acidity and marked minerality. Tannins are present, but softened by the prolonged ageing in the barrel, once again with smoky and spicy notes. A very long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 16 to 17ºC.

Meat dishes, spicy fish dishes, cheeses, sausages.
