Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. Subsequent fermentation in a wine press at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. 10% of this blend aged in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet-coloured wine, dominated by aromas of black fruit and spices, typical of the grape variety. Fresh and intense on the palate, with firm tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 16 to 17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Meat dishes, spicy fish dishes, cheeses, sausages, chocolate desserts.

Contains sulphites.
