Winemaking:
The grapes are destemmed and crushed immediately upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with a temperature control of 25°C and prolonged maceration. Aged in French oak for 4 months.

Tasting Notes:
A deep ruby red wine. Aromas of ripe fruit with density and freshness, blueberries, light spicy notes, and a touch of dark chocolate tie together this complex and delicate wine. The palate is fruity with present but smooth tannins. A long and delicate finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16ºC.

Grilled meats, sausages, pasta, duck rice.
