Winemaking:
We chose grapes from the Alfrocheiro and Arinto varieties to prepare a different wine to be the base of our sparkling wine. In July, the wine was drawn following the classic method and aged on its own lees in the bottle until the disgorgement date. Due to the absence of added sugar, it is called a Brut Nature.

Tasting Notes:
Wine with a discreet aroma, with a balanced mouth, where there is a light creaminess and a perfect and persistent bubble.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature between 8⁰ C and 10⁰ C

Ideal as an aperitif or light dishes.
