Product details

Winemaking:
Harvest by hand to small cases of 15 kg. The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, being cooled down inside stainless steel tanks to a temperature of 10º C. They rest during 8 hours to allow a greater extraction of aromas from the skins, without extracting too much anthocyanins and tannins. The juice is clarified and fermentation occurs at controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes:
Clear pink colour. Fine and persistent bubble, showing a complex aroma with citrus and crystallized berry notes. Elegant and fresh, with a dry and harmonious long finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally in a cold and dark place with constant temperature. Ready to drink now, but will develop well in bottle for 5 to 7 years. Serve at 6°C.

Food Pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif, or accompanying various appetizers, oysters, salads, seafood, salads, smoked fish, cheeses.
