Fermented in French oak barrels with lees aging and stirring for six months. Second fermentation in the bottle by the classic méthode champenoise” followed by another 36 months of lees aging and stirring.

The aging in barrels gave him strength, volume and a buttery texture that blends well with the acidity of the Arinto almost spiteful. Delicate aroma, where the notes typical baking (yeast) interact with hints of citrus fruit and white flesh, bubbles in the mouth with elegance and finesse, finishing long and fresh.
