Winemaking:
Paço dos Infantes White Sparkling Wine is made from the Arinto, Alvarinho and Baga grape varieties, harvested by hand and chilled for 24 hours. Each variety is fermented individually in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Second fermentation in the bottle, followed by ageing on the fine lees for 24 months.

Tasting Notes:
Fine, expressive aroma, with notes of white-fleshed fruit and fine pastry. It combines fruity youth with the complexity of bottle ageing, which makes the whole creamy and smooth, full of flavour, balance and freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
The ideal service temperature is between 8ºC to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif, rich fish dishes, seafood and roast suckling pig.
