Product details

Winemaking:
Produced in Estremoz by the Serrano Mira family, this Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine is made from high-quality Castelão grapes. Harvested in August 2018, they gave rise to a base wine which, after being drawn using the classic method, aged sur lies in its bottle, with manual remuage.
