Winemaking:
Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Franca,Petit Verdot

Tasting Notes:
Garnet-coloured wine, with aromas of ripe red fruit, hints of vanilla and caramel that show it has been aged in French oak barrels, full-bodied, with round, soft tannins and a long finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
This wine should be served at a temperature of around 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Red meat and game dishes are perfect accompaniments for this wine. For those who prefer appetisers, a Serpa-style cheese board is always welcome to pair with this wine.
