Alicante Bouschet from old dryland vineyards over 50 years old. Manual harvesting for small 12kg boxes. Grapes cooled in a cold room to 12ºC before being vinified. Pre-fermentative maceration and fermentation in a marble press with foot treading at a controlled temperature. Aged 15 months in 300L and 500L French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby color, elegant aromas with some complexity highlighting ripe red fruits, balsamic notes present and toasted nuances of the aging wood. In the mouth it is lively, revealing the freshness of old vines with polished but firm tannins and a persistent long-lasting finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
It is an excellent companion for black pork dishes, grilled or stewed, and its elegance and earthy flavours make it a great partner for mushroom risotto or tagliatelle with truffles, for example.
