Tasting Notes:
Red with violet reflections, present aromas of ripe wild berries, vanilla, spices and some jam. The tannins are firm and vibrant and the aftertaste is long and juicy.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies red meat, cured or half cheeses, and also sausages.
