Product details
The grapes were slightly crushed without destemming, pneumatically pressed. This process was carried out at low temperature in order to avoid oxidation. After 24 hours of decantation, fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 14º and 16º C. This white wine was in the presence of fine lees in a bâtonnage process that lasted until June. It rested and aged for a long time in stainless steel vats, before being bottled. Integration took another 6 months in bottle.
