After rigorous selection of grapes and destemming, we proceeded to a pre-fermentation maceration, followed by a light grape pressing. Then the must had a settling period, followed by the fermentation of the must in new French oak casks. At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine aged for a period of nine months in the same barrels, during which took place bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Yellow citrus colour. Aroma marked by mineral notes, combined with smoked wood and fresh fruit. Strong entry, especially the combination of freshness with notes of wood and minerality. Ends long and intense.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be drink around 8-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
