Selection of grapes at the cutting stage and during shipment in 20kg crates directly to our winery, where the winemaking process begins, along with fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes:
Has a lovely citrus colour and a young and very fruity aroma. Its excellent acidity provides perfect balance and greatly contributes toward the exceptional, long and fresh aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
To be dished up with roasted fish in the oven, cod-fish, shellfish, sushi and also soft sheep cheese.
