Tasting Notes:
Slightly citrus colour and clear appearance, very fresh and intense fruity aroma. In the mouth it has an attractive minerality, prevailing the freshness sustained by a good natural acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with fish dishes, shellfish and some white meats.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
