The vibrant acidity of Rabigato and the silky texture of Viosinho, intertwined with the white-fleshed fruit of Gouveio, create an extremely complete wine, deeply focused on the elegance and natural freshness of the grapes. On the nose, there are notes of citrus blossoms, unripe stone fruit, and a light toastiness, with a noticeable freshness and minerality, reminiscent of a late-afternoon summer breeze.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
With a light aroma of new wood, it makes the perfect accompaniment to vegetarian terrace lunches, grilled fish, fresh salads, pizzas, sushi, carpaccios, risottos and white meats.
