Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes. They are transported to the winery where they undergo careful manual selection, destemming and gentle crushing. The must is transferred to new French oak barrels, in which fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts and remains in aging with lees stirring for 32 months.

Tasting Notes:
Light golden hue, luminous and elegant. On the nose, a firm minerality stands out, intertwined with delicate notes of fresh citrus, white flowers and a subtle smoky touch. On the palate, it reveals itself as enveloping, with noble echoes of yeast and brioche, in a pure expression of altitude and time.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10-12°C, where its freshness and depth are at their best.

white wine that defies convention. It's not meant to hide behind light dishes; it's meant to stand out among flavours with presence. Serve with meaty shellfish, oily fish like turbot or red mullet, aged hard cheeses, Iberian ham, or gourmet charcuterie.
