After a careful selection of the grapes, the must is decanted at low temperature and then fermented at 18º C for six days.

Tasting Notes:
The aroma is floral and citrus, standing still some mineral notes. The palate is fruity, with good acidity and greasiness, good volume in the mouth, full and pleasant.

Should be served at 6 to 8ºC.

Enjoy this wine with grilled fish, seafood and light meals.
