The 4 grape varieties which provide this great red wine were fermented separately (variety by variety), in a mill with controlled temperature, where the traditional treading takes place.

Alfrocheiro,Syrah,Trincadeira,Alicante Bouschet
Tasting Notes:
Ruby tone and full of shine. Aromatically intense, send us to the red fruits description where the gooseberries and blueberries dominate the senses. Surprise by the fresh and the balance in the mouth, which generates a lot of pleasure. Ends with elegance. A young and irreverent wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep in horizontal position away from direct light. Serve at 15 - 17º C.
Food Pairing:
Should be paired with well-seasoned red meat dishes and cheeses.
