This red wine from the Baga variety is very pure and straightforward, direct and 'to the point' with lots of freshness in the acids and moderate tannin.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
