Product details
Part of the wine was vinified in a press, and another in stainless steel tanks, where it fermented and macerated for 4 weeks. The malolactic process took place in old 2500L barrels, where it aged for 3 and a half years. It was bottled without filtration.

Tasting Notes:
It presents a nose with an enormous complexity, very expressive in the notes of red fruits, some spices, leaves of tobacco and with a very fresh floral side. In the mouth, it is very thin, complex and extremely accurate. Very polished and with an excellent acidity, it shows very delicate tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meat courses and cheeses.
