Short period of skin maceration. Spontaneous fermentation at temperatures of 16-18ºC in new French oak barrels. The wine remains on the fine lees for about a month and 25% of the blend aged for another 12 months in barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus golden tones. Intense, complex aroma, with floral and tropical fruit notes and vanilla nuances. It is a full-body but soft wine, where quality fruit is confirmed, elegant and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
The ideal service temperature is between 10º and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Grilled fish or in the oven. Also good with white meats and game dishes.
