Harvest is done by hand in case of 15kg in the early morning to preserve the freshness of the grape. Fermented in stainless steal vats at a controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes:
Tropical fruits with hints of citrus fruits. Rich flavour of fruits with a good balance of acidity, elegant with a refined persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
