Wine produced in a year of exceptional maturation, from a selection of red grapes, mainly from Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grape varieties. The grapes were bled and the resulting wort was decanted to obtain the desired colour and so that from vinification at low temperature (16ºC) a wine with clean and characteristic aromas was obtained. After a 3-month winter staging it was bottled in early February.

Tasting Notes:
It presents aromas of red fruits and wild flowers, in a very round profile in the mouth and a lot of freshness in the aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 10ºC 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
An excellent aperitif for all social occasions, especially festive gatherings. Versatile and enticing, it prefers tasty dishes such as stuffed aubergines and peppers, the tempting spaghetti with sea-urchins, seafood lasagne, and risotto with porcini mushrooms. Very nice combinations with the Japanese cuisine like sushi.
