Tasting Notes:
Violet colour, on the nose reveals itself discreet with predominantly freshness, green, mineral and slight wet stone. In the mouth it is exuberant, predominating its strong acidity. Discrete toast and well integrated from the oak barrels where it staged.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 12-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is best accompanied by cheese, meat and most Mediterranean food.
