Tasting Notes:
Black and juicy, the fruit of this wine is surrounded by schist tannins, creating a hard-edged feel to the fruit and a smoky char in the finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
