Product details
Selection of grapes, from less "representative" varieties in the Douro region, and also from old vines. After destemming, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats, where alcoholic fermentation takes place. A long and gentle maceration is carried out, with the aim of extracting the compounds that contribute to the colour, aroma and flavour of the wine. Maturation in used French oak barrels and vats for a period of approximately 18 months.
