Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Of intense violet hue, presents notes of ripe black fruit like blueberries and plums. Slight smoked that adds complexity to the aroma. It's a voluminous wine, with well-defined tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
