Product details

Winemaking:
Hand-picked in 20 kg boxes, 100% destemming, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24/26ºC for 6 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. The wine aged for 10 months, partly in 3rd year barrels and partly in used French oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Sousão,Tinta Roriz

Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advices:
Decant 5 minutes beforehand to allow the wine to breathe. Serve between 16-17ºC. Unfiltered wine, so it may have sediment.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with game meat dishes, mushroom dishes and also grilled meats.
