Tasting Notes:
Deep, with perfectly integrated oak barrels, closed and austere fruit, pretty floral touches. Powerful but round and ripe tannins, without excesses, bitter cocoa, mineral notes on the long, juicy finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It’s a good match for savoury meat and game dishes, as well as elaborate Italian food.
