This wine was produced from a single parcel of old vines, with several Douro native grapes varieties with over 80 years old. Stage for 15 months in used oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Complex aroma, notes of spices and ripe red fruits to mark. Good volume of mouth, serious, mature tannins and freshness to balance well the whole. Long and persistent end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with roasted or grilled fat fish, dry cod fish dishes, grill meat.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
