Product details
The harvest date for each plot is determined according to the ideal ripeness of the grapes. Vinification is carried out in granite presses with foot treading. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature and with careful maceration. Separate fermentation of each grape variety and lot is carried out before ageing and preparation for bottling. The 12-month ageing period is in French oak barrels for the old vines and the Touriga Nacional. The rest of the wine is stored in stainless steel.
