Winemaking:
The winemaking proceeded destemmed and crushed. Pre-fermentation maceration at 6 º C for 3 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 25 ° C in stainless steel tanks and post-fermentation maceration for 15 days. The wine aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels of 225 liters.

Tasting Notes:
With a dense purple colour, features fine and delicate floral notes enveloped by exuberant ripe fruit. A superb set and sophisticated, marked by remarkable volume in mouth. The tannins show up fine and polished, with the presence of the grape variety well balanced. But pleasantly balanced explosive, to show the air of nobility that distinguish the Touriga Nacional. Finishes long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
