Manual harvest in 25 kg boxes. Total destemming, cold maceration, tanning with moderate temperature control and gentle pumping over. Short post-fermentation, spontaneous malolactic maceration and aging in new and used 225L barrels for 16 months. 6 months in bottle before market presentation.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour, with some opacity. Complex aroma, with forest flowers, red fruits combined with balsamic and spicy notes from the barrel aging. Fresh and rich in the mouth, with powerful but round tannins. The aftertaste is very balanced and long.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at temperature between 16-18°C.

Magnificent choice to accompany meals of red meat and game, strong cheeses.
