Tasting Notes:
Fine aroma and with very delicate fruit, with predominance of a very attractive red fruit. Good mouth structure, with fine tannins and good acidity. A classy set. Fruit and structure, good skeleton but with elegance in the end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with stew or roasted game and lamb meat dishes.
